With the traditional fixed-line voice service operator’s increasingly difficult market environment, broadband access has become the operator of the new anchor of business development and revenue sources. Since2008, the scale of broadband users has been growing rapidly. How to grasp the number of broadband users, to achieve the rate of renewals, ARPU value analysis and other indicators to guide the scientific development of broadband services is a serious problem.The company should build a nationwide broadband business statistics and business data analysis system automatically imperative.The Broadband business data analysis system collects raw data from the broadband billing system of CTT provincial branch,after coding and processing, results in the Statistical report on a daily, weekly, monthly cycle about the number of broadband services users, renewals, ARPU value, user activity data and other relevant indicators calculated.
