IT Integrated Management Of BSM System Design And Realization

Recent years,IT service management has been wildly known by more and more enterprises and got fully supports.Thus brand new common projects are brought to enterprises which are IT service management effect on the business considering the relationship between IT and business which is helpful in figuring out and dealing with business problems in limited time,and the establishment of the entire IT service management system for comprehensive IT managements.The key point of the paper is the design and realizing of business service management(BSM)which is a key popularized project involving requirement analysis,system design and realizing process.Functional and non-functional requirement of two core subsystems,namely business application analysis and business application monitoring,were analyzed in the requirement analysis section.The relationship among these two core subsystems and other subsystems was also investigated;The role of two core subsystems mentioned above in BSM involving deployment architecture design,function module design and subsystem integration design was talked in the system design section;Applications were compiled and debugged in the system realizing section.The technology and method such as the system functions,the interface,and key classes of relevant functions were also introduced.This system is the B/S mode of Java EE which combines the business flows with the business service monitoring technology so that business service can be entirely real-time monitored and managed based on the ITIL concept.Service status information can be acquired to present the monitoring data and analyze the risk and failure warning.Relevant operation and maintenance services are supported according to the service agreement.The BSM will ensure the normative and orderly execution of the operation and maintenance services by integrating different roles such as the operation and maintenance system,operation and maintenance personnel and users.
