The U.S.e-commerce market is booming.Amazon,the biggest online e-commerce platform in the US,has saw its GMV grown from 107 billion dollars to 232.9 billion dollars between 2015 and 2018.The penetration rate of e-coupons among Internet users in the United States was over 50%in 2018.More than 135 million Internet users used e-coupons for saving money during the whole year.In this thesis,the writer has an overall analysis for the U.S.e-commerce coupons and deals industry,combined the entrepreneurial management with the destructive innovation model,and make his business plan of DSS platform.Applying data mining and artificial intelligence technology,DSS could collect,filter and post e-commerce coupons and deals automatically.The write has made a long-term strategy plan,designed a system of R&D,operation,growth and marketing during this research.After this research,the writer comes to a conclusion that it is a feasible business plan.
