With the continuous expansion of enterprise operation scale,the number of projects undertaken by enterprises is also gradually increasing.It has become normal operation to put multiple projects into construction in parallel.Project group management,as a systematic way of project management through overall coordination and resource sharing,stands out in enterprise operation.However,in the implementation of the project group,the number of resources is frequently not equal to the demand of a single project,and the single project will compete for the limited resources in the shared resource pool fiercely,thus resulting in resource conflicts.Therefore,how to control project group resource conflict risk reasonably and effectively is an urgent problem to be solved in enterprise project group management.On the basis of literature review and relevant materials,this paper summarizes and extracts the causes of resource conflicts in project groups.Based on the characteristics of resource sharing in project groups,this paper uses literature sorting method and expert interview method to sort out the risk inducements of resource conflicts and establish the risk index system of resource conflicts.Secondly,considering the non-linear fitting and self-learning ability of BP neural network,the risk assessment model of project group resource conflict is built on the basis of BP neural network.In order to avoid the problem of overfitting in the training process of the evaluation model,this paper introduces the Dropout regularization method in the training process of the model to improve the generalization ability of the model.Combined with the actual application of the project group,resource investment in risk response should follow the principle of priority.Garson sensitivity analysis method is applied to the risk assessment model of resource conflict of project group.Explore the sensitivity coefficient of risk factors to the overall risk degree.Make clear the priority of risk management and propose risk response plan.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed risk management model is verified.The results show that the model can accurately evaluate the resource conflict risk of project group.Combined with the case risk factor sensitivity analysis results,this paper puts forward the specific countermeasures for the resource conflict risk of the project group.From a risk management perspective,this paper analyses the project group of resource conflict problem,provides a new research Angle of view for the project group of resource management,project through from the perspective of resources sharing of resource conflict research,risk management can optimize enterprise risk precontrol mechanism,awareness of resource conflict risk embarrassment,integration,avoid and reduce the risk of loss.Moreover,the application of BP neural network model in the project group resource risk management not only improves the research method of project group risk,but also improves the accuracy of risk assessment and enriches and innovates the risk management tools of enterprises by drawing on the experience summarized continuously in the practice of enterprises.In addition,using Garson analysis method to rank the importance of risk influencing factors can help project managers select the optimal risk coping strategy based on risk severity and project group characteristics,so as to improve the risk prevention and control ability of enterprises.
