The Study On Procurement Process Optimization Of FL Company

In recent years,the China's economic development has entered a “new normal” period,the economy has shifted from rapid growth in the past to medium-to-high-speed growth.Many enterprises face severe conditions of insufficient demand,falling profits,and high stocks.The fierce competition in the knockout stage forced enterprises to make changes,and “making incomes from sales and earning profits from purchasing” has become the choice of many enterprises.According to statistics,procurement generally controls more than 60% of the enterprises' cost,so the procurement department is increasingly valued by enterprises.FL is a leading company in the production industry of gearboxes.It has long faced the problems of low procurement efficiency and unsatisfactory product quality,which leads to problems such as extended order delivery and decreased customer satisfaction.It is imperative to optimize existing procurement processes and improve process efficiency.This paper makes the following research on the basis of business process optimization,Petri net and other related theories.First,the current situation of FL company procurement process is described in detail,the flow chart of each stage is drawn,the existing problems are analyzed,and the Petri net model is established for the procurement process before optimization.Second,the Petri net correlation matrix and the place invariant analysis method of the place are used to verify the rationality of the Petri net model.The association matrix reorganization algorithm is used to enumerate all the subnets in the petri net model,the conflict and contradiction points in the subnet search model are used to optimize the model,and a new Petri net model is established.Finally,the Tina simulation software is used to simulate the Petri net model and verify the optimization effect.It will develop an efficient procurement process for the company and propose relevant measures for the smooth implementation of the optimization plan.The optimized process greatly shortens the procurement cycle,optimizes the allocation of departmental resources,and promotes the recycling of internal resources of the system,which ultimately enables the business process to operate efficiently and achieve the goal of optimization.This paper combines Petri net theory with process optimization theory,which not only improves the purchasing status of FL company,but also provides reference for other companies to implement process optimization.
