With swift development of global economic, automobile parts manufacturers are shifting manufacture to China, supply chain of automobile manufacture adapt to development direction of Just in time. In order to satisfy the different customer individuality demand, the enterprise manufacture systems are changing from the large scale production to the multi- varieties, the small volume production in recent years...The transformation extremely influences the logistics system. as well as set a higher request for business process of material flow . Introducing new technology into logistics system increasingly, we need to develop and research the techniques that are process optimized and information conformity related to material flow ., make the enterprise gain the competitive advantage. Before the implementation the effective plan, the plan of business process should be programmed and will provide business process basis for the software system design, thus display the new technical superiority.In this paper, based on domestic and foreign status in auto manufacturing, then take a engine factory as example, analyzes the trait of the selected engine assembly enterprise material flow of production under the just in time government model, and also analyzes the business process modeling, Petri net is chosen as the modeling tool, then establish the Petri lamination model of the material flow of production process, simulate the process based on Petri net model under the Rockwell Arena 8.0, analyzes the result, and introduce two solutions of the combination of bar code and diffraction grating melt into the just in time government model.Firstly ,Based on the trait of the typical enterprise material flow of production under JIT, select the target of process analysis and process analysis model and the select of parameter. Take a engine factory for example, model for its material flow of production process based on Petri net, establish the upper model of assembly material flow of production process,material arrival sort sub-process model, distribution location sub-process model and assembly main-line process model separately.Then, based on the simulation of the actual production and the model of the material flow of production process, by using Rockwell Arena 8.0, simulate the changing rule and the distribution of random event in the model, and also analyze the results accompanied by improving the problem that existed. And then determine the optimization of the looking process that automation information gathering technology merged into the production process.And then, establish optimization model for the optimized process project 1 and project 2, do simulation experiment according to the model. Through analyzing optimization results, material arrival delivering rate,production delivering are remarkable enhancement, distribution times,the waiting time of the goods in process and the line-number of the location buffer period reduced, realizes the small batch high-frequency delivers. In the location which is easy to occur stopping up , the early warning measure may enhance the production efficiency can complete the productive plan in the natural time.It becomes possible that material flow process effectively, realizing processoperating smoothly. It also provides one method to enhance operation efficiencyand criterion of process already make the enterprise gain the competitive advantage...
