Logistics activity becomesimportant and indispensable link in people’s daily life, Tobacco Logistics, being the core partof tobacco company, also becomes the core competencies and secret weapon of its enterprise.Which attracts more attention..Consequently, in order to shorten the business hours, reducethe service cost and improve service efficiency and the quality of service, we need to optimizethe unreasonable links of logistics enterprises with the business process as the core, by which,we can improve the market competitiveness of the logistics enterprises.Currently, there are a lot of methods can be used to optimize business process. Becauseof its rich description methods, intuitive graphical representation, strict mathematicaldefinition and systemic analytic technique, Petri Net has become a process optimizationanalysis method widely accepted by people in the logistics industry.The dissertation firstly expounds the basic theoretical knowledge related to the research,introduces the Business Process and Petri Net theory, mainly introduces the application ofPetri Net theory in business process and draws a variety of Business Flow Chart by using thesoftware of Microsoft Visio. Distribution of tobacco companies do business processes andcharacteristics of in-depth analysis and research, and on this basis, pointed out the tobaccocompany distribution centers in Gansu business process problems and their reasons for doinga simple analysis. Secondly, the use of relevant theoretical knowledge Petri nets Gansutobacco business processes modeled. Of reachability, boundedness and do a thorough analysisof the activity, in addition, Petri net model for performance analysis, pointed out the Petri netmodel is built to live, bounded. Finally, the tobacco companies have built Gansu Petri netmodel for simulation analysis, we chose ExSpect simulation software, and select the processcycle time as the simulation parameters, the original business process modeling andsimulation, and then adopt the merger process, cancellation, simplification, rearrangement andother business process optimization methods, and Gansu tobacco business processes targetedoptimization measures proposed to establish new business processes, and its simulationanalysis.Through the above thesis work, presented on tobacco distribution center in Gansu, a newbusiness process solutions, thus improving the efficiency of delivery of Gansu tobacco,reducing the company’s distribution costs.
