Research On The Risk Management Of The Agile Development Of The Smart Library Software Product Of Company A

With the rapid development of software industry and information technology,the market has higher requirements for the release cycle and performance of software products.However,the traditional software development mode has been unable to meet the needs of the market,leading to the introduction of agile development.On the one hand,agile development can more quickly respond to customer needs,accelerate the development and launch of new products,and improve the ability of independent innovation.On the other hand,while introducing agile development,software enterprises also bring some risks.It is a great challenge for software enterprises to understand how to carry out effective risk management,thus making the development process of products go smoothly and finally completing the development of new products with quality and quantity guaranteed.Based on the case study of the smart library software products of Company A and the theory of agile development and risk management,this paper collects the problems and analyze the causes of the risk management of agile development of existing software products of Company A by adopting the methods of brainstorming and Delphi method.The main problems existing in the software product development of Company A are as follows: requirements risk,organizational and personnel risk,technical risk,process and standard risk.On this basis,this paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey and AHP to identify the risk of scientific analysis,including the establishment of risk evaluation indicators,the risk of the indicators for value assignment,and comprehensive evaluation of the risk.Then,through in-depth interviews with experts,according to product project approval,product design,product development and product delivery,the agile development risk control program of Company A's smart library was designed.Furthermore,the implementation process of the scheme is studied and the implementation effect of the scheme is evaluated.Through the implementation of the agile development risk control scheme,in the development process of smart library,the incomplete task rate of personnel is reduced,the number of serious bugs and common bugs is reduced,and the productivity of product development is improved.It can be seen from these aspects that the agile development risk management ability of Company A is improved.Through the scientific evaluation and demonstration of qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper is beneficial for Company A to better avoid and effectively manage the risks that may appear in the agile development process of smart library software products,reduce the difficulty of development and improve the team's development efficiency,thus ensuring the quality of products.More importantly,a complete database of research and development configuration is retained,which will reduce the cost of operation and maintenance after the product is launched,prolongs the lifeline of the product,and enables the software products to create greater value.
