Study On Risk Management Of Agile Software Development Of N Company

The traditional software development model,represented by the "waterfall model",has greatly promoted the development of the software industry.However,in the rapid development of the Internet and wireless Internet,the software architecture,software application environment and user demand are rapidly changing,the traditional program-based lifecycle software development method for Internet-based software development is difficult to work.In order to adapt to modern technology and business environment,"agile software development" method came into being.At present,more and more software and Internet enterprises at home and abroad adopt the agile software development mode to develop the application software.But agile software development relative to the traditional development model is still relatively young,it does not solve all the problems in software development,the implementation of agile software development software projects still need to face a variety of risks.If it is in the process of implementing agile software development,it is possible to deal with the common problems of software projects and ignore risk management;it is likely to result in more harm than good results.This paper first elaborates the characteristics of agile software development and the basic principles of risk management planning,risk identification,risk analysis and risk response.Based on the actual situation of N company,this paper discusses the various aspects of risk management of agile software by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and demonstrates how to carry out more standardized and effective risk management in agile software development.Through the discussion of agile software development risk management,this paper provides some reference for software enterprises or teams using agile software development.
