Schedule Risk Management Of Software Project Agile Development

In today's information age,products related to the Internet,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence are constantly emerging,and user needs are changing faster and faster.In this context,lightweight,adaptable,and iteratively delivered agile development methods are widely recognized and widely adopted by software companies.However,in practice management,the risk management of agile development model is not sufficient.The existing implicit risk management method does not reach the intensity of effective risk management,and there is no systematic analysis of effective risk processing in the agile execution process.In software enterprises,software project management is the most important activity unit in business operations.Therefore,effectively responding to changes in demand and shortening the delivery cycle of software projects is the focus of software enterprise management,and has become the core competitiveness of software companies.This paper focuses on the progress risk of software projects from the perspective of risk management in software companies.On the basis of comparing the traditional risk management models of software projects and considering the characteristics of agile development model,this paper chooses Barry Boehm risk management model,integrates the risk management model with the agile iteration cycle,and establishes a schedule risk management system suitable for agile software projects.The system identifies and measures the schedule risk of agile software projects from four dimensions: person,demand,process and product,digitizes and visualizes the schedule risk in each iteration,and focuses on the risk of high risk impact value,making the agile software project risk management is more efficient.Finally,from the enterprise management view of case study,this paper applies the schedule risk management system of software project agile development to W company's software project,andcontinuously manages the schedule risk in each iteration from the four dimensions of person,demand,process and product,which provides management guarantee for W company's software project to be on-line successfully on time and provides a reference case for other software enterprises.
