Today,with the rapid development of manufacturing technology in the world and a broad stage for automation technology and equipment,intelligent manufacturing has instilled fresh blood into the traditional manufacturing industry and has become the general trend.With the scarcity of resources and the gradual increase in cost,the competition and survival pressure among enterprises are also increasing.How to improve production efficiency as much as possible within the constraints of limited materials,time and funds,so as to improve corporate profits and competitiveness,is very important.Among them,a good assembly line balance is the key to the realization of lean production.In the context of the gradual replacement of traditional manufacturing systems by intelligent manufacturing systems,industrial robots have gradually replaced traditional workers' "machine substitution" production method as the general transformation direction of the manufacturing industry,and the production line has gradually changed from the original purely manual assembly line,the hybrid semi-automated assembly line of manual and machine is gradually developed into an automated assembly line.The balance analysis and optimization of the automated assembly line is also the key to the production management of the intelligent manufacturing system.Based on this,the automated assembly line is taken as the research object,and specific research on its balance analysis and optimization methods is conducted.Industrial robots are responsible for completing the content of the automated assembly line and are an important part of the automated assembly line.Therefore,first of all,according to the working characteristics of industrial robots,the construction elements of its standard time are divided into three parts: trouble-free working hours,failure time and management time,and the standard time calculation model of industrial robots is constructed.Then,according to the station composition of the automated assembly line,the calculation method of the standard time of the station is determined in the four situations of a single industrial robot working independently,multiple industrial robots working independently or cooperatively,and multiple industrial robots working together.On this basis,with reference to the related theories of traditional assembly line balance,the calculation formulas for the evaluation indicators such as the takt time and balance rate of the automated assembly line balance are derived.By analyzing the data of these balance indicators,the definition and connotation of trouble-free beats and planned beats are drawn,and different optimization methods are formulated for different situations by comparing the size relationship between trouble-free beats and planned beats.When the trouble-free cycle is greater than,equal to,or less than the planned cycle,based on redundant design theory,add industrial robots with the same function at the bottleneck station until the theoretical capacity of the production line meets the requirements of the planned capacity,and optimize the process through an automated assembly line Figure shows.Finally,take the battery cell manufacturing automation assembly line of B company as an example to build,apply and verify the model.After inspection,the standard working hours calculation model of the industrial robots constructed has high accuracy;on this basis,the production takt time and balance rate of the automated assembly line can also be calculated to help the enterprise to carry out production management.At the same time,the analysis and optimization methods of the pipeline can accurately find the current problems and help improve the balance of the pipeline,which is feasible.This method can provide a certain theoretical basis for enterprises to correctly analyze production status and improve production capacity;at the same time,it is more in line with ecological and environmental protection initiatives and helps enterprises to achieve sustainable development.
