Due to the rise of China's manufacturing industry and the transformation of the global electronics industry from a vertical structure to a horizontal structure,and the increasingly complex division of the value chain,China is becoming one of the major production bases of the global electronics manufacturing industry.As an important part of the mass production of electronic products,the balance rate of product assembly production lines directly affects the production efficiency of the entire product chain,and then affects the economic benefits of enterprises.The imbalance of the production line will lead to a large amount of work in process inventory,as well as a waste of manpower,material resources and resources waiting at each site,and it is easy to cause quality accidents.Therefore,improving the assembly production line is an important part of the company's production and operation activities.This thesis analyzes and summarizes a large number of domestic and foreign methods related to the improvement of production line balance in the past two years.On this basis,the current situation of the research object of this thesis,HY mobile phone assembly production line,is analyzed.Its improvement goal belongs to the second type of production line balance The scope of the problem,so according to the goal of the second type of production line balance problem,this thesis first uses the time measurement analysis,program analysis,motion analysis and evaluation index analysis of the assembly line in the industrial engineering method to analyze the problems of the HY company's mobile phone assembly line process To sort out.Then use the analysis and improvement technology in the work research,that is,the 5W1H questioning technology,the ECRS principle and the model scheduling method to optimize the process and bottleneck station respectively.Considering that the traditional industrial engineering cannot be further improved,from the perspective of improving the sequence of processes,the improved genetic algorithm is used to continue optimization:first,the advantages and limitations of the genetic algorithm are analyzed and improved to ensure the diversity of the population,Using dual genetic algorithms;at the same time,in order to ensure the convergence of the algorithm,the adaptive cross probability and mutation probability are used in the dual population genetic algorithm;then drawing on the stretching idea in the simulated annealing algorithm,the fitness is stretched with the number of iterations,can guarantee the individual advantages of the population.Then,the improved genetic algorithm program written in MATLAB and the classic production line problem were used to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.Finally,the improved genetic algorithm was used to optimize the process arrangement of the mobile phone assembly production line,and the optimal number of workstations and the smallest production cycle were found.The productivity comparison and balance index of assembly line before and after improvement were compared and evaluated.After optimization,the balance rate of the mobile phone assembly production line increased from 60.31%to 97.22%,and the balance index decreased from 257.27 to 6.19 The effect of the optimization plan is remarkable.It shows that the use of the improvement scheme that combines traditional industrial engineering methods with improved genetic algorithms has a great reference significance for the adjustment and optimization of HY mobile phone assembly production line.There are 20 pictures,28 tables and 49 references in this thesis.
