Production efficiency has been at the heart of manufacturing since the industrial revolution.Under ideal conditions,production efficiency is equal to the production line balance rate,Therefore,production line balance has become the primary goal of manufacturing production planning.The production line balance is the technical means and method of averaging all the production processes and adjusting the work load so that the working time is as close as possible.The load of each process is basically balanced,and the workstation can also achieve synchronous production after the production line is optimized,and what's more shorting the production cycle,reducing the production cost,improving the production output,and enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,it is crucial to improve the production line balance rate and production efficiency of enterprise by using reasonable mathematical models and methods to solve the problem of production line balance.This paper analyzed the current production and demand status and improved the current production status by using the assembly line of the B enterprise server chassis as the research object.The traditional industrial engineering method was used to divide the working elements,and then the standard working hours were re-established by the stopwatch time method,the number of stations and the beat of the assembly line were solved to establish multiple objective mathematical model for the enterprise assembly line balance problem.The above work was to provide the necessary basis for the algorithm,and taboo search and its improved algorithm was used to solve the model separately.The results show that the assembly line balance rate solved by the taboo search algorithm is 75.42%,the smoothness index is 11.09,and the number of workstations is 22.The assembly line balance rate obtained by the improved algorithm is 81.85%,the smoothness index is 8.17,and the number of workstations is 20.The experimental data show that the improved taboo search algorithm has better optimization effect than the taboo search algorithm,and is more reasonable and feasible,the improved taboo search algorithm achieve the expected effect.This paper proposes a combination optimization method for improving efficiency by redistributing the operating elements of each workstation of the B enterprise server chassis assembly line.Provides a practical and effective reference for other companies that improve assembly line balance and efficiency issues.The paper has 15 figures,11 tables and 61 references.
