Industrial Robots On Enterprise Productivity Influence Effect Study

As China's economy enters the new normal,the economic growth rate continues to decline,and the demographic dividend begins to weaken,enterprises will face greater pressure to survive.Especially in the field of manufacturing,with the adjustment of industrial structure,the average increase of labor wages has far exceeded the growth of enterprise productivity,the labor cost of enterprises has been increasing year by year,the profit margin has been further compressed,and the phenomenon of difficult recruitment and unstable employees has become more and more common.At the same time,the rapid development of China's industrial robot(hereinafter referred to as "robot")industry provides an effective support for China's high-quality economic development under the new normal.A lot of research literature shows that the application of robots will effectively improve the productivity of enterprises,and robots have become an important driving factor for the future development of high-quality manufacturing industry.So how much can the introduction of robots improve enterprise labor productivity and total factor productivity? Studies confirm that different areas,different size,different configuration of enterprise governance structure and the elements by introducing gain brought by robot is different,the robot as a heavy assets investment,to a certain extent can enterprises especially small micro enterprise capital chain tension brought the current cannot avoid burden of monetary and financial risk.Through the collation and research of the database of the comprehensive survey of Chinese enterprises(CEGS),this paper finds that,first of all,robots have a significant positive promoting effect on the productivity of enterprises,including labor productivity and total factor productivity,and the influence intensity of robots on labor productivity and total factor productivity is different.Secondly,the grouping regression shows that there is heterogeneity in the application of robots in different types of enterprises: in state-owned enterprises,robots have a significant negative effect on total factor productivity,while in non-hong kong,Macao and Taiwan enterprises,robots have a significant positive effect on productivity,and perform better in Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan(foreign-funded)enterprises.Shows that at present,the robot is actually more positive effect on productivity is reflected in non-state-owned enterprises,and Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan foreign capital enterprise due to the relatively higher capital and technology configuration efficiency of private enterprises,so the efficiency is higher,the application of robot to robot in Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan foreign capital enterprise for the promotion of labor productivity and total factor productivity effect is more obvious;Robot in different types of industry impact on business productivity have heterogeneity,robot in capital-intensive and technology-intensive enterprises,the robot's influence on the labor productivity and total factor productivity efficiency is significantly positive,and significant negative abnormal in labor-intensive enterprises or not significant,to illustrate the application of robot in domestic still depends on the allocation efficiency of capital and technology,help labor-intensive enterprises is not obvious;Finally,in the inspection robot for productivity,the benchmark return,introduction of mediation effect,through the intermediary effect to the impact on productivity for a robot to have the following three important channels,respectively,is the enterprise innovation ability promotion,management,efficiency improvement,labor obtain ease ascend,mediation effect of total effect between 3.5% ? 11.8%.Further,the potential influencing factors are discussed,including the improvement of product quality,the reduction of wage cost,the reduction of training time of production staff,etc.,and the analysis of other influencing factors related to the improvement of productivity after the introduction of robots.Therefore,not all types of enterprises are suitable for mass introduction of robots.When the relevant factor allocation is satisfied,we can try to introduce robots that meet the needs of enterprises,so as to improve the labor productivity and total factor productivity of enterprises.In enterprises,under the condition of poor elements configuration do not recommend spend a lot of costs into the robot,to prevent the robot as a kind of heavy assets in enterprise capital turnover of the current crisis,intensified enterprise survival pressure,at the same time,how to properly handle is replaced by a robot employees,and how to introduce to match the new employee is used robots enterprises using the key problems that should be considered.
