With the rapid development of economy,media companies are developing rapidly as the carrier of cultural economy,and the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,which has caused a huge impact on small and medium-sized enterprises.In order to strengthen the market competitiveness of enterprises,first of all,we need to optimize the internal management.The employee performance evaluation system is an effective internal management means,which is conducive to improving the comprehensive business level of the company,Promote the sustainable development of the company.Balanced scorecard is widely used in the market.It mainly includes four aspects: finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth.By introducing the financial content into the company's strategic management,employees can be bound with the company's strategy,advance and retreat together with the company,which has become a performance evaluation method used by many companies.This article specifically studies the employee performance appraisal of Jindian Media Company.Through reference to relevant domestic cases,questionnaire surveys of relevant personnel,interviews and literature review,this article analyzes the current employee performance appraisal system of Jindian Media Company and analyzes the results obtained.Achievements and existing problems mainly include: weak performance appraisal system,unscientific performance plan,single appraisal indicators,insufficient performance appraisal incentives,etc.The causes of the problems are analyzed,starting from the analysis of the strategic objectives of the modern media company,it is believed that performance appraisal The key to the problem lies in the fact that Jindian Media has not established a perfect performance appraisal system.Although it has proposed performance goals,it lacks scientific performance appraisal methods.The concept of performance appraisal from employees to management is weak,especially lack of performance feedback and performance incentives.The mechanism makes the performance link of Jindian Media Company appear missing and disconnected.In response to these situations,based on the balanced scorecard,this article proposes an employee performance appraisal method suitable for Jindian Media Company,enhances employee performance concept,improves performance appraisal measures,scientifically sets performance appraisal system,and builds the organizational guarantee for the performance appraisal,and proposes countermeasures to optimize the employee performance appraisal system.
