| The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to "inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture and continuously enhance the soft power of national culture and the influence of Chinese culture".Publishing companies shoulder the important mission of spreading human civilization and accumulating social culture.It has become a general trend to establish a performance management system that combines economic and social benefits.As a state-owned publishing and media unit,HY Publishing Media Group has many problems in performance management,and performance reform cannot be carried out in an orderly manner.In this context,HY Publishing Media Group was selected to study the actual situation and problems encountered by traditional publishing companies in employee performance management,evaluate and improve the employee performance management system of HY Publishing Media Group,and rationalize its employee performance management.This paper takes the employees of HY Publishing Media Group as the research object,uses literature research method,questionnaire method and other methods,and applies the balanced scorecard theory to improve the employee performance management of HY Publishing Media Group.This paper first introduces the development background of China’s publishing industry and sorts out the research of domestic and foreign scholars in related fields.Secondly,through field research,I learned about the human resource structure of HY Publishing Media Group and the current employee performance management system,and found out the five problems in its employee performance management,such as insufficient correlation between performance management and strategic goals,and unreasonable setting of performance appraisal indicators,and excavated the reasons for these problems.Using the SWOT method to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the development of HY Publishing Media Group,it clarifies the corporate vision,mission and values and draws a strategic map.Then select indicators from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard according to the strategic map,design the weights of each indicator by using the analytic hierarchy process,and improve the performance management process.Finally,it puts forward safeguard measures for the implementation of employee performance management.This paper improves a relatively scientific and complete performance management system for HY Publishing Media Group.It is hoped to improve the performance management level of employees of HY Publishing Media Group.And provide a reference for the performance management of employees of other publishing companies. |
