Research On Interaction Design Of UGC Tourism APP Based On Flow Theory

With the rapid development of science and technology,the Internet has rapidly penetrated into all walks of life,and different types of Internet applications have developed in a blowout.Network information is becoming more and more abundant.Great changes have taken place in the way of information transmission.Users have begun to change from viewers to producers and disseminators of Content.In recent years,UGC model has been introduced into the tourism industry,giving birth to many TRAVEL apps with UGC model.Users share and disseminate tourism information on UGC travel APP,which greatly promotes the development of online tourism.As more and more people started using UGC travel apps,the standards of user experience for products continued to improve.Based on flow theory and UGC tourism application design,this paper conducts design research.In this project,flow theory,user interview,questionnaire survey and other methods were used to understand the behavior and needs of UGC travel users.At the same time,introduce flow theory PAT model and user experience five factor model,extract and sort out flow factors for users of UGC travel APP.Based on this,construct flow experience model of UGC travel APP,and propose design principles of FLOW based UGC travel APP.This research is mainly divided into four parts:The research is divided into four stages:In the first part,through the research on flow experience and UGC tourism application literature,the development status and trend of flow theory are understood and relevant theoretical models are learned.Then,research on the development trend of UGC and the development of UGC tourism apps to find design gaps and provide ideas and methods for follow-up studies.The second part,the core discussion UGC tourism APP crowd behavior characteristics and needs.First of all,the relevant users were investigated by means of user interviews and questionnaires.Then,the research results are analyzed to explore the behavior of UGC travel APP users and further analyze the needs of UGC travel APP users.Finally,based on flow theory,flow elements are extracted from users,and the relationship between relevant elements is analyzed.The third part analyzes the intersection of user experience factors and flow experience factors,introduces PAT model and five-factor user experience model,and explores the design performance of user flow factors of UGC travel APP.The flow experience model of UGC tourism APP was constructed,and the design principles based on flow theory UGC tourism APP were further proposed to provide theoretical support for subsequent design.The fourth part,under the guidance of UGC travel APP flow experience design principles,carries out optimization design practice for Ctrip travel photos.After outputting the design prototype of Ctrip travel photos,the user usability test was used to test the design and verify the feasibility of the proposed UGC travel APP design principle based on flow theory.The main research achievements and innovations of this paper include:applying the concept of flow theory to the analysis of interaction design,conducting user research of UGC tourism APP based on flow theory,focusing on users' motivation and target needs,and exploring the influence of flow experience design elements in interaction design;This paper successfully constructed a flow model that can effectively improve the user experience and successfully guided the practical project.The research content of this paper provides new ideas and directions for the interaction design of similar products in the future.In addition,it also broadens the application field of flow theory.
