In recent years,there are many security accidents caused by tourist flow excess in tourist attractions,which have exposed the lack of capacity for domestic tourist flow control.Considering the poor real time and simple tourist flow characteristics ananlysis technology in traditional tourist situation monitoring platform,digging out the data and analyzing the behavior characteristics of tourists can ensure safety monitoring and provide commercial operation decision for tourist administration.The thesis relies on the “Ministry of Education-China Mobile” research fund project.Under the background of the full popularity of 4G terminals,with the signaling data from Uu interface as main data source,the thesis designed a smart tourism monitoring platform tourist administration.Based on this,a detailed analysis of the passenger flow characteristics in the platform is conducted to realize the real-time monitoring on passenger flow in the scenic area,and in the meanwhile to increase the experience of tourists as also as the commercial profits.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)This thesis put forward the framework design and implementation scheme for the smart tourism monitoring platform.It uses a big data processing framework which is based on Spark to design the tourism flow feature analysis scheme and deal with the massive data in real time.The current status of tourism flow in the scenic area is monitored on the Web in real time.Its real-time is 3 to 4 times higher compared to the traditional tourism monitoring platform.(2)The ARIMA model was used to realize the short-term tourism flow predicting with high accuracy.The fitting degree R-squared in the model finally reached 0.997,providing an ex-ante reference for the operation of the scenic spot.(3)By analyzing the three early warning indicators——tourism flow aggregate,tourism flow density,and tourism flow mutation——to give a comprehensive assessment of the current status of tourism flow in the scenic spot,providing timely clues to conduct on-site grooming for the staffs.(4)Analyze the residence duration of tourists in the scenic spot and classify the statistics.Tourists' habits in travel from the statistics can provide support for precise marketing.(5)Through collecting and identifying tourist trajectory information to dig out high-frequency tour routes and analyse popular routes information.It can provide tourist guideline recommendations for the scenic spot and tour advice for tourists.Up to now,the platform has been successfully applied to the Meishan Terminal Map Strategic Analysis Project and the Yunnan Honghe State Big Data Analysis Project.The platform has stable operation and good performance,providing strong support for the security monitoring of local scenic spots and effective decision-making for relevant business operation.
