Accompanied by the popularity of mobile terminals and3G technology, mobileinternet service, especially Mobile Social Network Service, which followed the stepof the development of SNS, has entered a peak of development. It’s no doubt thatMobile Social Network Service has become the core of the mobile internet service. However, all the major social communities are experiencing a phenomenon ofhomogenization, which become more and more serious. As a result, it’s more difficultto enhance user sticky while users will easily shift their network base from one toanother. Considering the importance of user sticky for the development of MobileSocial Network Service, how to solve this problem has become to an urgent need.Based on the background of Mobile Social Network Service, it’s known thatintrinsic motivation has higher research value than extrinsic motivation. As anemotional experience, flow makes a direct effect on the user’s intrinsic motivation, which has been verified making an impact on user behavior in many fields. There aresome features showing the value of flow theory. For example, it will make the best tomine emotional needs of the user, create multi-dimensional interactive experience, and the most important, it performs better in building user sticky than other theories. Here are the innovations of our thesis. First of all, we analyze the user’s intrinsicmotivation of study value, and then proposed flow theory with practical significance.Secondly, we study the relationship between online interaction, user sticky, and flowtheory, then build a prototype of that to conduce the next step of our study. Thirdly,we have used methods like investigation, analysis, summary, and inference, to build amodel of how flow occurs in Mobile Social Network Service by combine onlineinteraction, user sticky, and flow. We also build the design factors model of MobileSocial Network Service while consider flow. At last, according those models, thedesign features of the mobile terminal, and user role model in actual project, wecomplete the actual project design. Thus, we introduce a new theory into the designstudy of Mobile Social Network Service, and we hope that it is helpful and useful foruser sticky and finally can improve the using experience of online users.
