With the advancement of the national "three networks integration" and the rapid development of the Internet and mobile Internet,the radio and television industry was greatly impacted.The traditional cable TV business began to enter negative growth,the TV users began to lose continuously,and the operating income and profit declined sharply.In addition,radio and television companies have also fallen behind the three mainstream operators in terms of network conditions,new product development,operation innovation and other aspects.Facing this severe situation,this paper explores the business development strategy of TSHS radio and television network Co.,Ltd.with the radio and television business as the research object from the perspective of the blue ocean strategy,and provides reference for the business transformation and development of the district and county radio and television companies.Through a comprehensive understanding of the business development of TSHS,on the extensive analysis of the external macro environment,industry environment and internal environment,and using the "blue ocean strategy" theory and its analysis tools and framework,we present the current strategic layout of the company in a visual analysis diagram.Through the strategic layout map,the company's current business development strategy shows obvious homogeneous competition,and is weaker at the level of competitive element supply.In order to get rid of the difficulties,the company's business transformation is imperative.Next,using the analysis tools and framework brought with the "Blue Ocean Strategy",adjust the actual situation of the company and its own characteristics and add the new buyer value elements,reconstruct the new value curve,and form a new strategic outline of the blue ocean transformation of the company's business.Finally,the implementation plan and safeguard measures of the company's business blue ocean transformation.This paper combines the traditional analysis tools such as Porter five-force model and PEST analysis method with the analysis tools and framework of blue ocean strategy to use the business transformation research of TSHS Company.In addition to the value element analysis in blue ocean strategy,enterprises and resources and capabilities to make the analysis factors more comprehensive.This paper makes it clear in the concept that the company should gain competitive advantages in a way that they constantly discover user needs and meet customer needs,instead of defeating their rivals.The research of this paper provides new ideas for other district and county-level radio and television companies on how to get rid of the traditional competitive strategic thinking,learn to view the market from the new perspective of blue ocean,and how to conduct business transformation,and has some reference significance for other radio and television enterprises to formulate development strategies.I think this is the highlight of this article.
