At present,the marketing become the enterprise to realize a key link in the process of reproduction,the enterprise marketing personnel salary management system,dynamic optimization and adjustment to become the general phenomenon of the modern enterprise reform and adjustment,as electronics manufacturing enterprise,HY company in China's electronic information industry rapid development,competition under the background of growing conditions,the optimization of the marketing personnel's salary incentive system adjustment is more important,also is more outstanding,so in this paper,HY company marketing personnel of the compensation system as the research object to study.The research significance of this paper lies in the extension of the literature theory which is currently used to calculate the influencing factors of salary management.At the same time,comprehensive system construction is carried out from various aspects,so that the compensation system is more in line with employees' efforts,effectively enhancing HY's talent competitiveness and employee enthusiasm,so as to enhance HY's benefits.The research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,the concept and theory of salary incentive are introduced,and the literature review and review are carried out.And current situation of HY company marketing personnel salary incentive system,first to outline the scale of the operations of the company and employees,and the salary incentive system of objectives,principles,and content are introduced,then from the organization,implementation of the implementation process and implementation effect three aspects discusses the running effect of salary incentive system.After that,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the compensation incentive system of marketing personnel in HY company,expounds the results of the questionnaire on satisfaction with compensation incentive of marketing personnel,and presents relevant data information.Based on the current situation of the company's operation,this paper points out the outstanding problems of the company's compensation incentive system in performance evaluation index,incentive content,adjustment mechanism,feedback mechanism,assessment cycle and other aspects.Problem analysis results,this paper put forward the optimization thinking of HY company marketing personnel salary incentive system,combining with the foregoing discusses about problems,on how to further optimize HY company marketing personnel salary incentive system,points out that should be from segmentation employee value,adjustment,improve the assessment content,assessment index to optimize the inspection cycle,and improve the mechanism of feedback and other aspects.Finally,this paper puts forward the guarantee conditions for the implementation of the compensation incentive system of the company,and believes that the system,personnel,assessment dynamics,assessment cycle,funding and other aspects should be considered,so as to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the whole system.In general,this paper constructs the elements of HY Company's marketing staff compensation incentive system.For the writing of this article,the author combines the knowledge learned in the postgraduate stage,and takes hy enterprise as an example,designs according to the actual situation of this enterprise,and provides the design results to hy enterprise,hoping to help its further development.
