The performance appraisal system design and Realization of each function module, its contents include:design and encoding setting module, user management module, assessment module, query module, performance management module, report module, import and export module, message board module, user management system module system. Finally, using black-box test test of the system, including the system function test (unit testing, system level test), performance test (the rate of the server CPU and memory using, transaction processing, response time, business success rate, system throughput test), and the test results were analyzed.Through the practical application of the performance appraisal system research on this subject, the function module of easy operation, reliability, stability, security system, as well as our objective of basically reached the expected requirements.
