Along with the social progress and the rapid development of science andtechnology, information technology has become more and more important in people’slife and work. The traditional manual management of personnel files, managementstaff salaries and wages, this management has many shortcomings, such as: lowefficiency, confidentiality of the poor, a long time, will produce the massivedocuments and the data backlog, this find, update and maintenance has brought a lotof difficulties. With the advent of the information age, the computer in the businessmanagement the application popularization, computer network, office automation hasbecome the organs and units to improve work efficiency, streamline work processes,to create greater economic efficiency the important means, using the computer torealize the organs and units of personnel wage management are imperative.This study combined enterprise Inc actual personnel management, financialmanagement and all kinds of system, through the actual survey analysis, developed aset of suitable organs and units of personnel management system of wages. This paperfirstly analyzes the organs and units of personnel wage management systemapplication present situation, elaborated the personnel salary management systemdevelopment goal. On the status of database technology and development, the choiceof database systems, system development tool to select a range of issues analysis, hasdetermined the system development platform. Then elaborated the MIS systemelementary theory, and under the guidance of this theory, the application areas ofinvestigation, in reference to information and some of the existing system, usingPowerBuilder11and Microsoft SQL Server2008software development toolsdatabase programming practice. The system can realize the related personnelinformation management as well as the wages of personnel management and otherfunctions, is discussed in detail from the personnel information management systemanalysis to design detailed design and the realization of each link, finally the systemhas made the objective evaluation.
