DSIC is the ship enterprise which provides product design, development, construction, maintenance, modification, but also is the ship enterprise with military industry, shipbuilding, marine engineering equipment, maintenance and heavy industry five modules. With the advent of economic development as well as the information age, information technology has entered every corner of life. Information technology has been widely used in modern enterprises, but how salary information is recorded more accurately, fairly, improving efficiency and reducing the error rate is unavoidable business management topics.After the personnel payroll module for processing research, this paper is divided into four modules, namely, personnel information management, time and attendance information management, information management, and salary equation wage setting. By division of the four modules of the payroll system, the system function is clearer. In the system design phase, the paper subsequent update system or leaving the secondary development of the structure, to enhance the degree of flexible software, continually updated to ensure that the use of software products the ability to avoid the generation of software maintenance crashes. In this paper, personnel salary information system helps enterprises to improve management efficiency and reduce error rates.In this paper, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used for system modeling description. The use case diagram is used to describe the system use case analysis, the data flow diagram representation of data is used to control the entire system relationship, the time sequence diagram is used to describe the interaction between the system modules, and the program flow is used as a guiding framework for programming development. Microsoft SQL Server2008database is selected as the system database, ASP.NET is used as development framework. In the system testing phase, black-box and white-box testing strategies are used for functional testing of the system, logic errors during testing have been corrected in a timely manner, the system can be stable and friendly to provide services for users.
