With the rapid development of social production,the status of logistics and warehousing in the supply chain is increasingly improved.However,the traditional warehousing industry still suffers from low automation level,single function and high production cost.Through computer information management and electrical control,automatic storage technology can effectively realize the automatic storage and retrieval of goods,and the efficient management of goods inventory,which are of great significance for reducing logistics and storage costs and improving transportation efficiency.This dissertation mainly researches the scheduling optimization method of automatic storage system,which mainly includes A-ABC cargo classification method based on bar code recognition and optimization algorithm of location allocation scheduling.The main work and achievements of this dissertation are as follows:(1)An A-ABC goods classification method based on barcode recognition is proposed to solve the problem of large variety of goods and low utilization of space.Image processing methods are used to locate and identify barcodes to obtain the correlation between goods.Combined with quality and size to improve structural stability and storage efficiency,Analytic hierarchy process is used to improve classical ABC classification,which can realize the reasonable classification and of goods and improve the utilization of storage space.(2)An optimization algorithm of cargo space allocation scheduling is proposed,which regards the problem of low efficiency caused by unreasonable allocation of cargo space.Based on the results of the initial optimization of partition storage,the goals and constraints of the optimization problem of cargo space allocation and scheduling were determined,and a mathematical model was established.The NSGA-? optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the genetic operator of the algorithm is improved.Through MATLAB simulation,it can prove that the optimization algorithm is more superior.(3)An experimental platform of automated storage system is built to verify the feasibility of the optimization algorithm of cargo location allocation.Lots of experiments are done on the platform.The experimental results prove that the algorithm adopted in this dissertation can realize the classification of goods and optimize the allocation of goods,which effectively improves the efficiency of storage of goods and the utilization of storage space.
