Automated warehouses system is one kind of new warehouses system integratedwith advanced technology on logistics monitoring system,technology of computerapplication, communications technology, instrument management and goodsallocation optimization,the system can store and remove materials without artificialprocess. It has the broad application in the automatic production system、logisticscenter and logistics park. Hay stacker as the key device of automated warehousessystem,it′s operating efficiency determines the whole efficiency of automatedwarehouses system.In order to manange automated warehouses system effectly,shorten the completed time of order form,we need to cut down the time in storingwith handling machinery and diverting goods, reduce the cost of goods in carring andstoraging,resuce the cost of logistics,increase revenue.By analyzing the conventional genetic algorithm, indicating the shortage,considering the actual operation situation of automated warehouses system,we postone kind improved genetic algorithm—Sine-type adaptive genetic algorithm.Thealgorithm can solve the some problems when the only genetic algorithm solve theproblems of combination optimization,such as early convergence、inefficient in localoptimization,also can surmount the difficultie that oversized or undersized geneticparameter caused by the conventional genetic algorithm leads to the population ofsluggish growth and falls into locally optimal.We post a new model of automated warehouses system by the path analysis forthe hay stacker of automated warehouses system,this model comprises the overallframework of warehouses system and task point where the hay stacker store andremove goods,considers plenty the uncertainty of the amount of task point anddistribution.In the text,we define the task point of new model of automatedwarehouses system random by MATLAB,in the effect of the programme, evolutes theline which the hay stacker travels,at last,we determine the best route,and the route isthe shortest route when the hay stacker achieved all task point where store andremove goods.
