With the continuous popularity of mobile network and intelligent devices,short video has more and more users,and we media has entered the era of short video.We media,which mainly produces short videos,has experienced rapid development in recent years.Major short video platforms have introduced support and subsidy policies for short videos,attracting people from all walks of life to join in the creation and production of short videos.With the upgrading of various software and hardware technologies,the production threshold of short videos has been further lowered,and the number of short video we-media practitioners has been on the rise.UGC(User Generated Content),which means User Generated Content,has become an important Content source of short video platform.Human setting,that is,character setting,is often used in the construction of the character image of animation and film,and then used in the image marketing of star web celebrity.In the era of short video,more and more short video we-media focus on people,and set relatively fixed on-camera characters in short videos to connect the content of short videos with the human protagonist.The image of the on-camera character in the short video,that is,the person set for the short video.Man-made operation plays an important role in the sustainable and stable development of the short video "We Media",thus affecting the entire short video content ecology.Therefore,in the context of "We Media",this paper takes the human Settings of the on-camera figures in short videos as the research object.In this paper,in-depth interview method,participatory observation method and case analysis method are adopted to study the formation,motivation,process and challenges of short-video personalization in the context of "We Media" in combination with Goffman's drama-simulation theory.In the introduction part of this paper,mainly elaborated the relevant background,research status,research methods,research ideas,related concepts and so on;The first chapter analyzes the background,types and characteristics of the short video personalization,and considers that the short video personalization is the product of symbolic communication in the virtual scene,and focuses on what the short video personalization is.The second chapter analyzes the factors driving the emergence of short video personalization from the perspectives of platform,audience and short video creator,and focuses on answering the question of why short video needs to construct personalization.The third chapter combines the theory of drama simulation to analyze the process of constructing the human design of the on-camera characters in the pre-performance and backstage area from the three stages of the performance,focusing on how to construct the human design of the short video.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the construction of human design of short video,and tries to put forward corresponding solutions and suggestions from the aspects of economy,psychology and society,so as to promote the healthy development of human design operation of short video we-media.For we-media focusing on the production of short videos,they have strong initiative and control over the presentation of the content of short videos,and can create specific character images through planning,deduction,modification and other ways.People design is regarded as a communication strategy.By creating attractive people design,it can help them get more traffic and realize the realization of content,which is changing the impression cognition mode between people.
