At this year's “two sessions”,cultural and tourism integration was one of the hotly discussed topics.Many representatives put forward “sound cultural tourism resources”,“multi-directional empowerment layout of production and life”,and “construct a new format and new format for the transformation and utilization of cultural tourism resources”.Channels,new consumption" many proposals.In fact,in order to adapt to the development law of culture and tourism,my country's national institutions have been adjusted as early as March2018.The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China was reorganized and merged from the former Ministry of Culture and the National Tourism Administration,and was officially established.opened the curtain of the integration of cultural and tourism in our country,and changed the spontaneous,rough and irregular integration of cultural and tourism between cultural and tourism,and promoted the steadily progress of cultural and tourism integration in the direction of active promotion,active exploration and innovation.The public library is an important part of the socialist public cultural service system and a cultural symbol at the social level.It is responsible for the development of socialist culture.Under the background of cultural and tourism integration,efforts should be made to explore new forms of service and actively improve the existing the service form and content promote the integrated development of culture and tourism.At present,public libraries in various places have tried and launched cultural and tourism integration service projects for many times,and they are also facing difficulties and problems while harvesting good practice results.With the progress of social practice,the library academia has been keeping abreast of the times and keenly grasping the hot spots of development,and the research on the integration of cultural and tourism service projects in public libraries has gradually begun.Studying the development and construction of public library service projects under the background of cultural and tourism integration,and exploring the hidden cultural and tourism value of public libraries,not only contributes to the two-way development of cultural and tourism industries,but also has important significance for the transformation and reform of public libraries in our country.Based on the multiple practical projects of cultural and tourism services in domestic public libraries,this article attempts to divide the existing practical cultural and tourism service projects into four types: scenic spot shaping and scenic spot occupancy,resource service and smart supply,and then use cases the analysis method is to compare and analyze the four types of service projects selected classic practice cases,corresponding to Tianjin Binhai New Area Library,Zhejiang Yunhe B&B(Bed and Breakfast)Book Bar,National Library "Reading Journey·Beijing Central Axis" activity,and Hunan Hengyang Library.In the course of its practice,it was concluded that there were development problems such as shallow concept understanding,low degree of integration,weak brand awareness,slow development of cultural and creative products,and single quality of personnel.Finally,it put forward clear integration connotation,exploration of multiple projects,innovative service content,and in-depth development.Solving countermeasures such as digging characteristic resources and training compound talents are expected to provide a certain reference and reference for public libraries in the future to carry out cultural and tourism integration service practices,and promote the development of the quality of cultural and tourism integration service projects in public libraries in China.
