Research On The Integration Service Mechanism Of Cultural Tourism In Public Libraries

In 2018,the establishment of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China was vividly praised as the combination of "poetry and far away",the planning and development of cultural industry and tourism industry has become a key project at the national level,and the central and local governments have orderly promoted the steady development of the integration of culture and tourism in accordance with the work concept of "suitable integration and integration".The government clearly proposes to establish and improve the institutional mechanism for the integrated development of culture and tourism,coordinate to promote public cultural services and tourism services,and serve the people,and public libraries need to continuously innovate service forms and service contents in the context of cultural and tourism integration.This study focuses on the integration of cultural tourism services in public libraries,and then studies the service mechanism of public libraries for cultural tourism.Based on the global tourism theory and the extended service theory of public libraries,this thesis theoretically analyzes and summarizes the participation of Public Libraries in the integration of culture and tourism,and combs the theoretical achievements and practical overview of the development of the integration of culture and tourism in public libraries in recent years.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,network research and other research methods,this thesis analyzes the service demand and service ability of cultural tourism integration from the perspective of tourists’ perception and library supply,and then constructs a service mechanism suitable for public libraries to expand cultural tourism.Applying Mr.liuguojun’s five elements theory of Library Science,this thesis injects the concept of cultural and tourism integration into the five elements of "books","readers","buildings and equipment","working methods" and "leaders and cadres",and promotes the extension and expansion of the connotation of the elements.It analyzes the five service elements of public libraries,including cultural and tourism resources,infrastructure construction,cultural and tourism service projects,management mechanism and cadres’ cultural and tourism literacy,and then analyzes the five service elements by operating the service mechanism Construct the service mechanism model of public library from the dimensions of regional linkage cooperation mechanism,guarantee mechanism and feedback evaluation mechanism;And choose Lianyungang Library as the analysis object,through the cultural tourism integration service elements and mechanism operation,summarize the problemsexisting in the cultural tourism integration service of Lianyungang Library and give countermeasures and suggestions.The integration of culture and tourism services in public libraries has become a research hotspot in the library industry in recent years,and it is also the focus of current social development.By innovating the service mechanism model of cultural tourism integration in public libraries,this thesis aims to provide basis and reference for the development of cultural tourism integration in public libraries in China.
