| Since the establishment of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism after the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the "Deepening the Reform Plan of the Party and State Institutions" in 2018,relevant experts and scholars in the library field have conducted in-depth discussions and research on the development of library services in the context of cultural and tourism integration.Since the implementation of the policy in 2018,the exploration and research on cultural and tourism integration in libraries at all levels in China has shown an upward trend year by year.This study is committed to giving full play to the advantages of Guizhou Province as a famous tourism resource province in China,making full use of the integration of tourism resources and library cultural resources,and exploring a unique and correct path for the development of tourism public services in Guizhou public libraries,so as to not only meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people and their yearning for a better life,but also simultaneously promote the significant progress of Guizhou’s tourism industry,So as to achieve high-quality development of the tertiary industry economy in Guizhou.The content of this study mainly includes the following parts: The first part is the concept definition and analytical framework,including the concept definition of cultural tourism integration,public cultural services,and public library services,as well as the third space theory,the sense of locality theory,and the theory of public goods;Construct a research and analysis framework consisting of library tourism spatial services,tourism public information services,and tourism public cultural services.The second part summarizes typical service cases of domestic and foreign public libraries participating in cultural tourism integration as a reference.The third part investigates and analyzes the current situation of tourism public services in public libraries in Guizhou Province through case analysis,field survey,and questionnaire survey.The fourth part summarizes the existing problems of tourism public services in Guizhou public libraries from the perspective of cultural tourism integration.The fifth part summarizes and proposes the development path of public library services in the perspective of cultural tourism integration applicable to Guizhou Province.This study selects tourism public services provided by some municipal and district/county level public libraries with obvious advantages in tourism resources in Guizhou Province as the research object for investigation and research.This study uses the field survey method to interview librarians at all levels in Guizhou Province on the development status of tourism public information services,tourism public cultural services,and tourism spatial services,and summarizes the development path proposed by this study for the cultural and tourism integration related services of Guizhou public libraries,providing practical suggestions for the development and progress of public libraries.In addition,this study also uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the readers of various public libraries,in order to understand the readers’ evaluation and expectations of the development status of tourism public services in Guizhou public libraries,understand the readers’ views on the integration of library culture and tourism development,and provide reference for the development of tourism public services in Guizhou public libraries.This study enriches the connotation and extension of cultural tourism integration and public cultural services in public libraries at the theoretical level;At the practical level,it is conducive to enriching the shortcomings of the practical research on cultural tourism integration of provincial public libraries,promoting the mutual integration of cultural undertakings and tourism in Guizhou,and improving the level of tourism public services of libraries at all levels in Guizhou Province.Taking Guizhou Province as a model,it provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for other public libraries in the western region that have rich tourism resources.There are two main innovations in this study.Firstly,construct an analytical framework for public library services from the perspective of cultural tourism integration;By analyzing library tourism spatial services,tourism public information services,and tourism public cultural services,an analytical framework suitable for the development of tourism public services in public libraries in Guizhou Province is constructed.By combining the research on the current development situation in Guizhou,relevant issues found are analyzed and sorted out to enrich the content of the research framework.Secondly,it proposes the development path of Guizhou public library services from the perspective of cultural tourism integration;Based on solving the existing problems in the development of tourism public services in Guizhou public libraries,this paper analyzes the functional positioning of Guizhou public libraries in the integration of culture and tourism,and proposes the development path of tourism public services suitable for Guizhou public libraries from the aspects of tourism spatial services,tourism public information services,and tourism public cultural services. |
