Research On The Development Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Cultural And Tourism Integration Services In Chinese Public Libraries

The National Ministry of Culture and the National Tourism Administration merged into the National Ministry of Culture and Tourism,with culture and tourism as the highlight of the national development plan.The integration of the cultural and tourism industry will make China's economic development change from quantitative to qualitative.The main content of the integration of cultural and tourism development is to promote public cultural services and tourism public services in a coordinated manner,to serve the people,to exert comprehensive benefits,and to increase the demand for more cultural and tourism industries in the market.As an important part of the socialist public cultural service system,the library actively improves the existing service forms and contents in the context of cultural and tourism integration services,and constantly develops new service forms.In practice,public libraries around the world have continuously innovated and implemented cultural and travel integration services,gaining experience and achievements in practice.However,there are still some dilemmas and problems in the process of developing integrated services of cultural and tourism libraries in various regions.In this paper,through literature research methods,statistical analysis methods,logical analysis methods and other research methods,based on industry integration theory and industry symbiosis theory,the public library cultural and tourism integration service development related research.First,based on the PEST model,the analysis of the environment for the development of cultural and tourism integration services in public libraries in China shows that the current domestic political and legal environment promotes the rule of law for the integration of cultural and tourism development,and promotes the library to provide professional services;The economic environment and social and cultural environment are conducive to the continued development of the library in the future;but the development of the technical environment has caused the library's traditional operation model to be too backward.The library must actively integrate with new technologies to develop innovative operation models.Secondly,the author investigates and summarizes the development status of the integration of cultural and tourism services in domestic public libraries.At present,the modes of practice of public libraries in various regions in the integration of cultural and tourism services include "library + research","library + bed and breakfast"," "Library + Internet celebrity".Point out the problems in the development of public library cultural and tourism integration services: insufficient digital technology connection,less publicity and promotion,low public participation,and failure to establish a unique brand or cultural IP.Finally,it puts forward the development strategy for the integration of cultural and tourism services in public libraries,including the integration of digital technology and the integration of innovative technologies;actively promoting the integration of cultural and tourism;attracting public participation and guiding market integration;creating cultural tourism IP and breaking through product integration.It is hoped that the research results of this article can provide a certain reference and reference for the public libraries in various regions to carry out cultural and tourism integration services in the future.
