Electric vacuum tube is a high-power microwave device widely used in shipborne radar,airborne radar,and vehicle radar.Since the electric vacuum tube is stored for a long time,there will be problems such as air leakage or vacuum drop caused by cathode passivation.If it is directly installed and used,it is prone to high-voltage ignition,which will cause damage to the electric vacuum tube and its high-voltage control circuit.damage.The radar aging station has become a necessary equipment for the daily maintenance of electric vacuum tubes,and the high-voltage power supply of the radar aging station,as an important part of the radar aging station,will directly affect the stability and safety of the radar aging station.Due to the many types of radar vacuum tubes,the wide distribution of tube parameters,and the large differences in tube characteristics,the high-voltage power supply of the experienced platform needs to have the characteristics of anti-sparking,wide voltage adjustment range,flexible parameter changes,and convenient human-computer interaction.Based on this,this paper designs a high-voltage power supply for radar veteran station with modular program-controlled high-power.The thesis first puts forward the key technical indicators of the high-voltage power supply on the basis of summarizing the parameters of commonly used electric vacuum tubes,and formulates a detailed system plan.On the basis of the system scheme,the system hardware circuit is designed in detail,mainly including: medium voltage module circuit,high voltage module circuit,drive control module circuit and auxiliary power module circuit;among them,the medium voltage module is based on half-bridge series resonance.The design of the key parameters of the series resonant main circuit and the selection of key components are analyzed in detail,and the control circuit parameters of the system PFM are designed based on the UC3867 control chip;for the high-voltage module,the high-voltage based on the flyback topology is studied.Inverter circuit design;drive control circuit researched on transformerbased isolated drive circuit design and multi-channel interleaved parallel drive control circuit design;auxiliary power module,using PI's TOP258 chip,and optimized parameters based on PI software to achieve multiple channels Isolated auxiliary power supply design.The software mainly includes: the upper computer monitoring system and the single-chip control system;the upper computer monitoring system is based on the Lab VIEW platform,the monitoring system software is realized by state machine programming,and the data transmission and command transmission are realized through serial communication;the single-chip control system uses the STC8A8 K single-chip microcomputer as The high-voltage module circuit provides driving pulse signals,and realizes the collection of system voltage,current,and temperature,and the control and protection functions of the system.After PCB manufacturing,system welding and debugging,software programming,the system hardware platform construction is completed.Experiments have been carried out on this platform.The experiment shows that the system achieves high voltage 0?28k V,current0?500m A continuously adjustable,and the highest output power can reach 3KW.The upper computer software realizes the monitoring and management of the system well.The online module switching of the system can be realized.
