The radar transmitter with the electric vacuum microwave amplifier system has the advantages of high power and broad frequency bandwidth, and thus becomes the important research and development trend of the modern radar transmitter. And the power supply with high-voltage and power, and good performance is the key factor to effectively improve performance of this kind of transmitter. With the development of power semiconductor technology and progress of electric power and electronics technology, the application field of switch power supply with high-voltage is increasingly expanding, and its operating frequency and efficiency are greatly improved and weight and volume are remarkably decreased, and at the same time has the advantages of high control accuracy and stability, and low ripple.For the problems of small power, low reliability and difficulty maintenance in the radar electrical vacuum transmitter high-voltage power supply, the technology of the large-power high-voltage power supply system with the characteristics of high output power, rapid response, strong load adaptability and high reliability is studied and also its engineering realization method is presented. Through the study on the main circuit topology of various high-voltage switch power supply used in different occasions, especially the voltage and current frequency features of the common three types of resonance converters in the high-voltage switch power supply, the conclusion that the serial load resonance converter in series with the characteristics of wide-range and high-efficient output voltage, small output ripple, adaptive pulse load and strong load sparkling resistance is taken as the main circuit structure type of high voltage power supply is given. Through the research on the technology of the power synthesis of power supply, the technical methods of realizing load current sharing in the low-voltage switch power supply parallel power synthesis system is analyzed in detail, and the technical realizing scheme of power synthesis system of the large-power high-voltage power supply to meet the engineering use is presented.Finally, the design and manufacture of an 18kV,20kW high-voltage power supply system are completed, and the detailed introduction about the parameter design and selection of key elements and realization methods of unit circuit in the test circuit is given.
