At present,the packaging of high voltage switching power supply is divided into three types:packaged with SF6,packaged with insulating oil and packaged with solid material.The high voltage switching power supply packaged with SF6 is of high cost,which is not conducive to environmental protection.The high voltage switching power supply packaged with liquid transformer oil is widely used,the heat dissipation of the device is good and the output performance of the power supply is relatively stable.However,this kind of high voltage switching power supply requires very high performance,which is not convenient for transportation because of its poor bearing capacity for high strength shock and high and low temperature difference.The high voltage switching power supply encapsulated in solid material has the advantages of small volume and weight,strong resistance to high and low temperature difference and impact,convenient transportation,and suitable for all kinds of complex environments.The operation principle and structure of high voltage switching power supply were studied and a high-voltage switching power supply based on RTV silicone rubber as packaging material were designed in this paper.In this paper,the basic circuits of high-voltage power supply are analyzed.Secondly,the hardware of the power supply is designed,including the whole block diagram,control mode and PCB typesetting.Then,the package of high voltage power supply is designed,including the selection of packaging material,the design of packaging technology and the notice of packaging.Finally,the solid-state high voltage switching power supply is tested,including power stability test,pulse waveform test,comparison and test of oil immersed high voltage power supply and solid-state high voltage power supply.The results show that the design of 30 kV 5 mA solid-state high voltage power supply and 50 kV 1 mA solid-state high voltage power supply can meet the expected design requirements.The two power sources have good load capacity,small volume,light weight,high strength impact resistance,resistance to high and low temperature difference,easy maintenance,and have high practical application value.
