Research On Block Supply Chain Model And Contract Coordination

The modernization of science and technology and economic globalization have brought advanced technology and a broad market to supply chain enterprises,but they also put forward higher requirements for the cooperative management of enterprises.The current transactions are more liberalized,diversified and complicated.If the huge amount of diversified data information generated can be well absorbed and utilized,it can effectively improve the efficiency of supply chain management,but the reality is that supply chain companies are still in an environment of information asymmetry.Under the decision-making process,massive amounts of heterogeneous information bring more burdens to enterprises for data storage,cleaning and mining,authenticity identification,unsmooth information dissemination,and information distortion are still widespread.The significance of studying supply chain information management to promote information sharing between enterprises is becoming more and more important.The new digital technology-blockchain is used to transform the traditional supply chain informatization,and the new supply chain system after the transformation is promoted and contracted.Coordinated research is the main content of this article.Based on the research literature and the status quo of the industry,this article firstly concludes that information transmission and sharing and the establishment of corporate credit are the two major problems in current supply chain management.Blockchain is useful for solving supply chain management problems due to its decentralization and true traceability of data.Well targeted.Secondly,apply the blockchain technology to the supply chain,put forward the concept of "block supply chain",and build a "block supply chain" system model from four perspectives: hierarchical structure,mechanism design,system construction,and operation process.The "block supply chain" is divided into the physical layer,link layer,and business layer.Three data sources and collection methods,anti-counterfeiting certification methods,random stock authorization certificates,contract examples,and the construction of "block supply chain" are proposed.Models,participating business entities and their value transfer models,etc.,and cite examples of online catering blockchain supply chains,and more comprehensively use blockchain technology to design and transform traditional supply chains.Thirdly,mathematically model the "blockchain supply chain",and introduce 4impact factors: the blockchain index,the blockchain investment coefficient,the consumer's blockchain product sensitivity,and the government's unit subsidy for blockchain products.Analyzing the revenue function of a secondary “block supply chain” hosted by a supplier and a retailer's application for participation,it is concluded that the increase in government subsidies,the increase in consumer preference for blockchain products,and the area brought about by technological upgrades The reduction of the block chain investment coefficient will increase the income of "block supply chain" companies,increase the block chain index and the enthusiasm of companies on the chain,and in order to promote the reduction of wholesale prices and the strengthening of corporate cooperation,the government should be biased towards suppliers Make subsidies.Government subsidies,technology upgrades,and consumer preferences are all external factors that promote the application of blockchain technology in the supply chain and improve the level of information sharing.Finally,analyze the contract coordination effects of revenue sharing smart contracts,cost sharing smart contracts,and revenue sharing and cost sharing integrated smart contracts on the compensation of investment costs in the "block supply chain",and choose a better "block supply chain"from within the supply chain."Cooperation contract.The conclusion drawn is that both the revenue sharing contract and the comprehensive contract can achieve the Pareto improvement of revenue and promote the improvement of the information sharing level.The comprehensive contract coordination effect is better,but there is still room for further optimization.This paper has 33 pictures,10 tables,and 86 references.
