In recent years,digital encryption currency represented by Bitcoin has received more and more attention.Blockchain technology,the core technology of Bitcoin,has become a disruptive innovation technology with wide applications.The characteristics of decentralization,immutability and traceability make the smart contract based on blockchain technology receive great attention in the new business applications and scientific circles.Because it can eliminate the centralized trusted third party,thus allows the participants who do not trust each other to execute contract terms correctly in the form of program code.The emergence of smart contract also gradually extends the scope of the blockchain application to many areas of social life.With the rapid development of society and the advent of the information age,many problems in the traditional real estate supply chain system have gradually emerged,such as: the lack of trust among the participants,the low transparency of information,the widespread phenomenon of information islands,data in the supply chain being easily able to be tampered with,and when disputes arise,the authenticity of information cannot be confirmed,which makes it difficult to trace and inquire,etc.These problems urgently need a new technology to solve the trust problem and trustworthy traceability problem among the participants in the supply chain.At present,Ethereum is a popular smart contract development platform based on blockchain technology.It provides Turing-complete scripting language with flexible and programmable characteristics.This research takes the real estate supply chain as the application scenario.We analyze its shortcomings,then design and implement the real estate supply chain system based on Ethereum blockchain.In this system,we store the data on the blockchain and off the blockchain through the Ethereum smart contract,which guarantees the integrity and traceability of the data on the supply chain.At the same time,we use the smart contract to carry out the real estate transaction on the blockchain to ensure the reliability of the real estate transaction.Then,based on the Ethereum smart contract development platform,the above-mentioned system is implemented,and the system flow is displayed and the related instructions are given.At the same time,in order to deal with the problem about the fairness of on-line contract signing in the above real estate supply chain system,we propose a two-party fair contract signing scheme based on Ethereum smart contract.In this scheme,we combine Ethereum smart contract with verifiably encrypted signature,by making use of the decentralization characteristic of Ethereum blockchain technology to eliminate the centralized trusted third party,thus solve some security problems brought by the centralized third party,and design a fair mechanism by using smart contract to ensure the fairness of signature exchange.This can solve the problem of relying heavily on third parties to ensure fairness in the process of signing contracts.Finally,we summarize the work of this paper,and prospect the problems that need to be further studied in the future in the real estate supply chain system and blockchain-based two-party fair contract signing scheme.
