At the end of 2019,Novel coronavirus pneumonia suddenly disrupted the rhythm and order of the world.Wuhan,China,as the first place of the pneumonia,has attracted a lot of attention for a time.After steadily advancing the policy of prevention with control and achieving a large-scale resumption of work and production,Wuhan finally ushered in the unblocking on April 8,2020.During the epidemic,people who have experienced the Novel coronavirus pneumonia,witnessed death and the death of their loved ones,have not been truly unblocked in their hearts,and they have suffered from the psychological trauma caused by the pneumonia.This article focuses on the psychological trauma of Wuhan people,because Wuhan,as the eye of the storm during the epidemic,has experienced the deepest panic and helplessness,and has had the most direct and deepest confrontation with death and mourning.All kinds of what they saw and personally experienced caused great shocks in their hearts and caused psychological trauma after the epidemic.Our country and the Wuhan Health Commission pay more attention to the rescue of psychological trauma and have established a social and psychological service system in Wuhan.Doctors in the Third-class hospitals and in community have provided corresponding treatment.People who suffering from psychological trauma hide in the crowd,but some of them are not even aware that they are suffering from psychological trauma and cannot receive help.This explanatory report is divided into four parts: insomnia,avoidance and flashing,the psychological dilemma of chronic stress disorder,reconstruction of the emotional system,and when will the psychological trauma heal after the epidemic.It aims to record the process of recovery and healing in Wuhan from psychological trauma after the epidemic,including the manifestations,symptoms,classification and treatment methods of psychological trauma after the epidemic,as well as the establishment and operation of Wuhan's social and psychological service system at the grassroots level.The purpose of this article is to record major domestic emergencies and its coping methods,and how Wuhan,as a heroic city,can get a newborn from trauma.I also hope that more people can learn about the psychological trauma after the epidemic,so that people with psychological trauma can timely and proactively seek professional assistance.
