With the advent of the era of national entrepreneurship,new types of entrepreneurial teams continue to appear in the market,but with issues such as differences of opinion,benefit distribution,and communication,startup companies are disbanded every day.This is directly related to the reason and composition of the start-up company.The start-up team cannot properly resolve team conflicts,leading to deviations in company decisionmaking,affecting company operations,and ultimately leading to the dissolution of the start-up team and the failure of the business.This thesis studies the conflict rises during KM Communications' early stage and the related impact of conflict to the entrepreneurial team.The author gets first-hand material through field investigation to KM Communications,finds out the causes of conflicts,and proposes solutions on how to effectively manage the conflict in startup companies.This thesis first explains the process and methods used in the search,and then studies the domestic and foreign literature about conflict and conflict management which is taken as the theoretical basis for this study.Then based on the team conflict theories,the conflicts in the entrepreneurial teams and the specific team management model are analyzed.Semi-structured interview is used to analyze the entrepreneurial team.KM Communications is selected as the key scenario of this study.The company's basic profile,related development situation and conflicts occurred during startup stage are analyzed.The causes of conflicts are analyzed and the conflicts are classified,and based on the analysis of the different types of conflicts and their results,the dual character of conflict is elaborate,the solution is proposed,and the conclusion of this study is formed.The limitation of this study is summarized,the direction of conflict management related study is forecasted,and the recommendation for the future study is presented.The research finds that entrepreneurial team conflicts have different manifestations and reasons at different stages.Team conflict affects the quality of team decision-making.Entrepreneurial team conflicts stem from the influence of organizational systems,organizational changes,benefits and resources,personality differences,and roles.This thesis believes that the main conflict management countermeasures for adolescent entrepreneurial teams are integration and domination,which need to optimize the team's organizational structure,stimulate reasonable task conflicts,improve the team's incentive mechanism and create smooth communication channels.During the adjustment period,the management strategies are integration and compromise,and it is necessary to emphasize open communication and strengthen the idea of teamwork.In the stable period,the management strategy is integration,supplemented by a conflict management model based on the principle of cooperation and compromise,disclosing conflict handling rules,and pulling in a third-party intervention mechanism.In this way,the conflict can be managed scientifically,and the conflict can be guided to a benign development.
