In recent years, with the development of social economy, and increasingly competition, enterprise must fully rely on team management and seek the conditions of survive and development in the market economy. It is indispensable to the enterprise that team management is an important form of management. Team management can fully play as a whole effectiveness force is greater than the sum of personal power, and develop team members’ potential to accomplish team goals. There are many theory and practice of team management from China and western countries. These research shows that effective team management will help to improve team members’ enthusiasm and initiative, to enhance the sense of belonging and mission, to enterprise harmonious culture construction, to improve enterprise productivity and market competitiveness, to enhance the corporate image and customer satisfaction. Team management is widely used by modern enterprises, and have remarkable results.J publishing group is number one in Jilin publishing industry, and gets certain reputation and public praise. It made an important contribution for the economic and social development of Jilin province. J publishing group, using the advanced management mode and the concept of quality first, won the good reputation. Since its establishment, the editorial department have been core of the group operating business department, and made great contribution to development of the group. The Group support editiorial department and have decentralization that provides a powerful guarantee for relization of the goal, but some problems are unavoidably exposed from the editorial department team management. These problems restrict the development of group, also has become the biggest obstacle to reform and innovation of the Group. So, the ultimate goal of this research is to find out the problems existing, analysis of causes and seek solving strategy.This research is divided into five parts: the first part gives a brief introduction of the selected topic background, research significance, research review, the structure arrangement. The second part mainly reviews the team management theory at home and abroad, finally sum up the team theory, organization theory, objective theory, incentive theory, and to guide the paper writing. The third and fourth part is key points and difficulties of this paper. The third part mainly elaborates J publishing group team management status, and the existing problems. There are several aspects of reason, including the lack of scientific guidance theory, performance management and incentive system implementation deviation. It provides a basis for the next part of the paper. The fourth part mainly elaborates J publishing group team management strategy to resolve the problem, the rational allocation of editorial team personnel and resources, strengthen leadership, clearly define responsibilities, team members to strengthen the team communication and encourage innovation, improve the system of performance management and incentive effect and security. The last part is the summary of the article and the editorial team for the future management. Through the paper I put forward reasonable suggestion and opinion for J publishing group editorial team management. I hope that the group have a long distance of healthy and continuous development.
