The second part,;detailed analysis of system requirements, determine the user of the final demand, andaccording to the research results of the application system, application of UMLtechnique to analyze the overall system requirements, determine the system functionmodule and the business process; the third part, the system design, based on the resultsof needs analysis combined with the current development of technology for systemdesign and detailed design; the fourth part, write code to finish the basic managementsystem, and expounds the concrete application of ASP.NET three layers architecture onthe system; the fifth part, the system test, the discovery process system design anddevelopment of the error and to evaluate the system; the sixth part, the summary andforecast system.This system uses the team management system based on B/S ASP.NET three layerarchitecture development, to enhance the Mianyang electric power companymanagement team and scientific and information level. Background database using SQLServer2005, the database operation using ORM and transaction processing mechanism,so that the system is error handling, powerful in management. The three layerarchitecture of B/S solution can reduce the system development costs and the future useof the maintenance cost based on, but also can effectively reduce the server load dataoperation.The team management system in each link of the management team is convenientand flexible when the basic information. Has a good scalability of centralized system tomeet the development of various new personalized service, improve the scientific levelof team management.
