With the introduction of the concepts of "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025",higher requirements have been placed on the mode,quality,and professionalism of talent training in China's manufacturing enterprises.In manufacturing enterprises,the first-line production manager is the most basic and closest management position in the management level of the enterprise.It plays important and irreplaceable roles in the smooth realization of production work.It is beneficial to the company's sustainable development to improve the ability and quality of first-line production managers through applying suitable training methods.In this regard,based on the actual situation of the training system of manufacturing company A,the paper summarized the problems existing in the training process of the firstline production managers,and analyzed the reasons.On this basis,some research methods such as questionnaire surveys,expert group discussions,and interview analysis were used to extract and screen out the competence elements of the first-line production managers.And then,we built a competency model,finally,proposed relevant optimization countermeasures and safeguards.First,based on the actual situation of manufacturing company A,the background and research significance of this paper were clarified,and the current domestic and foreign research status of enterprise training and competency model application were introduced.And then it organized related concepts and theories,such as enterprise training,competency and competency model,the training system based on competency to lay the foundation for the analysis and optimization of this paper.Secondly,based on the results of field investigation and the related data of company's current human resources department,we analyzed and summarized the basic status of the training of manufacturing company A's first-line production managers,found out the problems in the training process,analyzed the reasons for the problems,and provided a good premise and realistic basis for the optimization of the training system of the company's firstline production managers.Thirdly,on the basis of clarifying the objectives and principles of training system optimization,through the use of various tools and methods,the competence elements of the first-line production managers were extracted and screened,and the competency model of the first-line production managers in line with the actual situation of manufacturing company A were constructed.And the optimization strategies for the training system of manufacturing company A's first-line production managers from three aspects of training content,training implementation and control,and training effect evaluation were put forward.Finally,from the aspects of improving the organization guarantee,system guarantee,resource guarantee and platform guarantee of the first-line production manager training system,the guarantee measures for the implementation and improvement of the manufacturing company A's first-line production manager training system were given.
