Design And Implementation Of Employee Business Training System For Communication Enterprises

In the management of modern enterprises,the most important part is the training management of the staff within the company.In the aspect of training management,enterprises are increasingly demanding information.At present,many modern enterprises regard information management construction as an important part of enterprise development,but the combination of staff training and information management construction is not close.According to the current situation of staff training in the company,the main areas of staff training management are as follows: welfare management,training effectiveness management,training process management,etc.The core of enterprise's management to employees is the training management to employees,but this recognition has not received the attention of scholars.In the process of practice,business managers pay little attention to the training and management of employees,and pay more attention to the operation and management of enterprises.On the basis of the system requirement investigation,this research develops and designs the staff business training system of communication enterprises.In this paper,J2 EE,XML,JSP and other system construction technologies are used to design the functional modules and database of the system.The related functional modules are as follows: configuration function module,demand function module,management function module,training process module,employee information module,training results evaluation module,simulation BOSS operation module,etc.Finally,the system is implemented,including the realization of each functional module.And ultimately in the form of online training system to provide services for users.Through the testing and trial of the system,it is proved that the software can give full play to the advantages of communication enterprises,and the related functions and performance of the system can basically meet the requirements,which shows that the design and implementation of the system is successful.This system has better achieved the purpose of staff business training.
