With XCMG training management as the background, under the premise of sufficientinvestigation of the enterprise’s operation background and industry features, and on the basisof strategic deployment of the enterprise’s development, the subject designs and develops aset of training management information system through integrating the application status quoof enterprise information system of the same kind. From the perspective of enterprise andenterprise training managers, the system covers the related business and working process stafftraining management of modern coal enterprises involve and satisfies the demand andapplication of various training business management of the enterprise. Through usingscientific informationized and intelligent management means and following the concept ofhumanized operation, the system provides more standardized, more scientific and moreefficient training management, serves strategic decisions of enterprise and support therealization of enterprise strategic goal. The system includes such eight functions as trainingdemand, training plan, analysis evaluation, archives management, basic database management,training resources management, system management, and performance evaluation.Training management system takes enterprise development strategy as the guide, thecontinuous improvement of staff quality as the target, delicacy management as the philosophy,staff’s post competency theory as the support, and training management process as the relyingand is dedicated to the systematic, refined and informationized development of coal enterprisestaff’s training management.
