In the era of Knowledge Economy,human resources are the core resources of enterprises and the competitiveness of enterprises is determined by the capacity of human resources development.In order to remain invincible in the fierce market competition,enterprises must continuously improve their capacity of human resources development.Training is the specific form of human resources development in enterprises and a perfect training system is the basic guarantee of the development of enterprise human resource.Carrying on the thorough research to the enterprise training system,this paper put forward the optimization scheme,which is beneficial to enhance the capacity of human resources development,and then enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.As the important production Park set up by F Group in Zhengzhou,Zhengzhou Science and Technology Park of F Group is mainly engaged in the production and manufacture of smart phones.Since the factory was built in 2010,it has benefited from the market's interest in its products so that it continues to develop and grow.However,in this process,its immutable training system gradually exposed many shortcomings and deficiencies.At the same time,the transformation and upgrading from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing is the strategic focus of the Zhengzhou Science and Technology Park of F Group at this stage.This strategy can not be achieved without the support of corresponding training system.Therefore,this paper deeply study about the existing training system of Zhengzhou Science and Technology Park of F Group and put forward that redesigning the training system to meet its development needs is the most important task at present.Taking the training system of Zhengzhou Science and Technology Park of F Group as the research object,this paper is divided into five parts to carry out specific research.First of all,using the literature method,the value and development trend of training are studied to expound three aspects of the value of training to enterprises.The first is about supporting strategic development.The second is about promoting performance.The third is about helping employees grow;Three trends in the development of modern training are identified: first,more and more attention has been paid to the training form of cooperation between enterprises and schools.The second is that the means of supporting the training technology are becoming more and more advanced.The third is that competency-based training has gradually become the mainstream of enterprise training.Through the research in this part,it points out the direction for the optimization design of the following training system.Besides,through consulting relevant data,from the organizational structure,training type,curriculum system,training process,trainers and so on,this paper analyzes the present situation of training system in Zhengzhou Science and Technology Park of F Group.Moreover,it carries out the comprehensive evaluation and in-depth study of the current situation of the training system by means of questionnaires and interviews and points out the problems from the organization structure,the curriculum system,the teacher management and so on.Furthermore,in view of the problem,combined with the actual needs of the enterprise,the existing training system is optimized by using the relevant training theory and methods.Finally,in order to ensure that the optimized training system can run smoothly,this paper puts forward practical and feasible safeguard measures.Making full use of the modern training ideas and methods,combining the actual demands of the enterprise at present,this paper designs a set of more effective training system to Zhengzhou Science and Technology Park of F Group for meeting the needs of its management and development.At the same time,when the manufacturing industry in our country changes from the accumulation of quantity to the level of quality improvement,the research of this paper has some significances for the cultivation of manufacturing talents in our country.
