Manufacturing industry is the main body of national economy,the foundation of building a country,the tool of rejuvenating a country and the foundation of a strong country.Intelligent manufacturing is an important measure to implement China’s manufacturing power strategy,and also the main direction of made in China 2025.In the process of promoting intelligent manufacturing,manufacturing execution system is more and more favored by enterprises,but the construction of manufacturing execution system is a complex process,which is closely related to the marketing mode,product positioning,production organization mode,plant equipment and other factors of enterprises,and closely related to other system information interaction,complex relationship,so How to build an efficient and applicable manufacturing execution system is particularly important in the development of enterprise intelligent manufacturing.As an important part of iron and steel manufacturing,the inventory oriented production organization mode of bar manufacturing has been unable to meet the needs of current multi variety and small batch customers.According to the current market situation of iron and steel enterprises,combined with the change direction of production organization mode of long products,the demand and business mode of long timber production execution system are analyzed in detail.Combined with the production organization habits of enterprises,the long timber production and manufacturing execution system is designed.Firstly,based on the research of manufacturing execution system at home and abroad,aiming at the shortcomings of current manufacturing execution system,this paper constructs a long timber manufacturing execution system platform based on J2 EE platform,which uses Oracle as data storage and adopts SOA overall architecture mode.Secondly,the system extracts the key process parameters,control parameters,production parameters,start stop signals and other key information from the production information of the field equipment control system through the network shutdown.At the same time,it can reduce the pressure of data extraction on equipment control system by means of cross protocol automatic conversion with the help of network shutdown.At the same time,the gateway machine selected has the function of data caching,which effectively solves the problem of abnormal data loss in the network.In addition,with the help of the single data transmission technology of network shutdown,the information network virus is prevented from penetrating into the equipment control network to ensure the normal operation of the equipment control network.Thirdly,Oracle database is used as the background data storage platform,and the system is developed according to the requirements of production organization and asynchronous system.System functions include order management,plan management,finished product management,quality management,energy management and other functions.Finally,through the test of the system and the use of the user site for one year,the long timber manufacturing execution system can meet the management and control needs of the enterprise’s long timber production organization and operation,help the site to improve the operation efficiency,reduce the occupation of intermediate warehouse,finished product inventory and inventory funds,and provide effective data support for the optimization of enterprise production and operation.
