Research On Common Technology For Manufacturing Services Integration And Realization Based On The Semantic Gateway

Networked manufacturing can improve the efficiency of cooperation betweenenterprises, and reduce manufacturing costs, make a better and reasonable use ofmanufacturing resources, so it is important to improve the new product developmentcapabilities, fast, low-cost manufacturing product capacity, Networked manufacturingis an enterprise or a media between enterprises, a new way to collaborate productsprocessing and manufacturing. Manufacturing companies through the internet, andengage in collaborative product manufacturing activities, including search or release ofproduct supply and demand information, the search processing tasks, looking forproduction partners for cooperation in processing and manufacturing of products, etc.Resource sharing between the business or enterprise, to optimize the combination ofconfiguration, the manufacturing process integration, and remote collaborativemanufacturing.Now the resources from different enterprises are generally provided asmanufacturing services through the network.Usually in the process of networkedmanufacturing,a range of manufacturing services need to be integrated according tothe actual requirements, so the enterprise can achieve the ultimate goal.This paper startfrom the integration of the manufacturing services,with the support of semanticgateway,reseacher the common technology of the integration of the manufacturingservices,including the definition and description of the manufacturing services, thediscovery and matching of manufacturing services and the combination and evaluationof manufacturing services.First, the paper summarize the background and research status of the networkedmanufacturing,discusse the existing integration method and the mode of themanufacturing services,and the research situation of semantic web.Start from thenetworked manufacturing,it analysise the insufficient of the existing manufacturingresources and services in information representation.And it analysise Semantic Webservices technology manufacturing services integrated support technology.Then, we make a formal definition of the manufacturing,it provide the basis forsemantic integration of the service.At the same time, based on the semantic gatewaytechnology which is researched by the research group,we propose one kind ofmanufacturing service package method based on the semantic gateway,and a integration framework manufacturing based serviceon semantic integration gateway.Again,we research on the manufacturing service discovery and matchingtechnology,construct a semantic based service matching model based on the semanticgateway,And focus on service matching model and algorithm research,Then we makethe service matching in semantic quantification description through semantic similaritycoefficient.Study of manufacturing service combination algorithm, and through thecombination of quality of service parameters normalized and weighted, establish anetwork of manufacturing service combination evaluation model.Finally, there is the summary of the full text,and prospecting future research.
