The rapid development of modern information industry brings great opportunities to chip industry.Chip industry enterprises have become an important part of science and technology enterprises.With the development of the fifth industrial revolution,the demand for chip products of the global industrial and even agricultural and commercial increased significantly.With the advantage of early start and capital and technology accumulation,chip enterprises in western developed countries take the lead in developing and forming huge competitive advantages.These chip enterprises in developed countries occupy the dominant position in the market for a long time.The development of China's semiconductor industry is relatively sluggish,key technologies and equipment are still dependent on imports,and have been subject to western chip companies for a long time.The development of Chinese enterprises,domestic economic security,and even strategic security are threatened to a certain extent.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward to promote the development of the digital economy vigorously.The further development of the chip industry is imminent.How to seek new innovation channels in the absence of traditional innovation elements,seize the opportunities in the Post-Moorish,break through the technological blockade of western countries,and occupy a favorable status in the division of GVC is a major problem that needs to be solved urgently at present.First of all,this paper elaborates the concept,types,related theories of distributed innovation and the theory about the promotion of GVC division status.Secondly,the promotion path of distributed innovation to GVC division status of chip enterprises is analyzed.Path analysis mainly theoretically corresponds two types of distributed innovation--sequential type and complex type to two promotion paths of GVC division status,then analyzes the two paths.Thirdly,SMIC and TSMC are selected to analyze the promotion path of the two GVC division status.The case study judges the improvement effect of GVC division status under the influence of distributed innovation elements and modes through three dimensions of enterprise,including production efficiency,enterprise competitive position and enterprise financial situation to.Finally,this paper compares the improvement effect of GVC division status of the two enterprises under their different distributed innovation modes then further discusses the differences of innovation elements and the choice of different paths and their application to enterprises.Then this paper concludes the conclusion and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for Chinese chip enterprises to improve their technological innovation ability and break through the international technology blockade.In this paper,we find that both sequential distributed innovation and complex distributed innovation can help chip enterprises to improve the GVC division status,and complex distributed innovation has a more significant effect on the improvement of GVC division status than sequential distributed innovation.Sequential distributed innovation is suitable for start-up enterprises and enterprises with insufficient capital and technology accumulation,while complex distributed innovation is suitable for enterprises with certain operation foundation and certain accumulation of capital and technology talents.Distributed innovation elements can be promoted in different levels,and ultimately promote the promotion of GVC division status and the transformation of innovation mode.This paper summarizes and extends the function of distributed innovation from the theoretical level.At the same time,the path of the promotion of GVC division status is explored in detail.In addition,this paper adopts the method of double case analysis to make a specific analysis on the promotion path of GVC division status of the two distributed innovation modes,and carries out a comparative study.
