Study On Evaluation Of Knowledge Collaborative Effects Among Multi Core Enterprises In Distributed Innovation Network

In the increasingly fierce competition and constantly improve the requirements for knowledge innovation under the situation,it is difficult to meet the needs of consumers and rival only relying on its own strength,then distributed knowledge synergy innovation network has become one of the important strategic choice.However,the research of combining distributed innovation networks and knowledge collaborative is less and less,so this thesis chooses to analyzes the expression levels and the source of effect in the process of enterprise knowledge collaborative based on a distributed This new network environment from the core enterprise perspective,so as to construct the knowledge collaborative effect evaluation index system,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation,which having certain reference significance for enhancing the knowledge collaborative effect.The following is the results of this study:Firstly,the thesis introduces the significance of research,then reading a lot of references and summarizing the current research situation both at home and abroad in six aspects of the research process which including The related concepts,the main research methods,the main research methods and the applied research of Knowledge Synergy Effect Evaluation,finally carrying out this thesis accordingly to the entry point of research.Secondly,the thesis discusses the theoretical basis for the evaluation of the effect of multi core enterprises in Distributed Innovation Networks.Defined the distributed innovation network environment and the core enterprise in this thesis,then infers the three dimensions of Knowledge Synergy evaluation among multi core enterprises in Distributed Innovation Networks on the basis of reading a large number of literature on the connotation and process of Knowledge Synergy,and evaluate the project decomposition of each dimension which paving the way for evaluation of knowledge collaborative effect.Thirdly,the evaluation index system of knowledge collaborative effect is constructed by the four stage integrated method.First,obtaining Some evaluation indexes based on the previous,and then 35 initial indexes obtained by open-ended questionnaires and expert evaluation form,form the evaluation table,then through the questionnaire data through the SPSS to explore the processing factor analysis into 7 level indicators,and finally determine the synergistic effect evaluation index last 7 categories 26 knowledge using the method of K-clustering analysis.Finally,building a comprehensive evaluation model of Knowledge collaborative in distributed innovation network using DEMATEL Fuzzy Logic method,which providing a theoretical basis for the optimization of collaborative enterprise knowledge.The empirical analysis of HUAWEI Technology Co.,Ltd is carried out,which verifies the feasibility of the model,and puts forward some suggestions for the management of Knowledge collaborative.The innovation of the thesis is designing a set of evaluation index system of knowledge collaborative Effect by a series of methods,and constructed the evaluation index model of knowledge collaborative effect based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.At the same time,it enriches the theory of knowledge collaborative evaluation.
