In recent years,a large number of industrial parks and high-tech development zones have sprung up,and the trend of industrial agglomeration has caused more and more enterprise managers to pay attention to knowledge resources,especially the hidden knowledge resources hidden in the minds of employees,which is an important strategic role for enterprises to gain the advantage of the consumer market.At present,the dynamic nature of the market environment and the diversification of market demand make the company face huge market competition pressure and risk elimination.In this regard,how to improve the knowledge level and innovation ability of enterprises in industrial clusters has become an important issue that enterprises need to think about and solve.As the core competitiveness of enterprises,tacit knowledge resources have become an important means of enterprise technology,product and service innovation.The tacit knowledge interaction between enterprises is the necessary process of enterprise cooperation.The role of tacit knowledge in enterprise cooperation is more and more important.The effect and efficiency of tacit knowledge interaction between enterprises directly affects cooperation performance.Therefore,as a strong driving force for the development of enterprises within industrial clusters,the research on the process of tacit knowledge transfer and feedback process and its model construction in enterprise cooperation has very important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,based on the process of enterprise knowledge interaction,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the latitudinal knowledge transfer fit degree between enterprises,and constructs the evaluation mechanism of the tacit knowledge transfer fit degree between enterprises,and discusses the fit of the tacit knowledge transfer parties in different situations..Secondly,combining the theory of knowledge transfer process,the paper puts forward four stages of tacit knowledge transfer and feedback process among enterprises,and analyzes the main tasks,objectives and corresponding mechanism of each stage,and constructs tacit knowledge transfer and feedback between enterprises.The cyclic process mechanism model;the elements that influence the tacit knowledge transfer and feedback process between enterprises are summarized from the two levels of tacit knowledge transfer subject and organizational environment.Thirdly,combined with the interaction between various influencing factors in the system,the system dynamics method is used to construct the causal relationship diagram and system flow graph of tacit knowledge transfer and feedback between enterprises.At the same time,the structural equations and initial parameter values are established.The Vensim PLE simulation software simulates the model and obtains the sensitivity analysis of the system operation trend and key influencing factors.Finally,The simulation results of the model show that the SD model constructed in this paper can better fit the tacit knowledge interaction process between enterprises.By analyzing the sensitivity of the parameters,it can be found that the tacit knowledge transfer and feedback efficiency between enterprises will be positively affected by the tacit knowledge expression ability of the knowledge subject,the cooperation atmosphere of both parties,the enterprise value co-creation mechanism and the tacit knowledge transfer threshold.Based on the simulation results,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting tacit knowledge transfer and feedback between enterprises are proposed to promote the development of enterprises and promote industrial agglomeration through sharing and symbiotic tacit knowledge resources.
