The media industrialization of our country can trace back to latter stage of the seventies of the 20th century. By the 1990s, a large number of media groups were established. Grouping has promoted the industrialization process and it is the milestone of industrialized development of the media and important form. But a lot of media groups have not reached the anticipated effect after setting up. They make up briefly in essence. The chemical combination effect of 1+1> 2 were not embodied.
