The media industrialization of our country can trace back to latter stage of the seventies of the 20th century. By the 1990s, a large number of media groups were established. Grouping has promoted the industrialization process and it is the milestone of industrialized development of the media and important form. But a lot of media groups have not reached the anticipated effect after setting up. They make up briefly in essence. The chemical combination effect of 1+1> 2 were not embodied. One of the main reasons is that the integration of human resources is not well done after groups were set up. The human resources become the first productivity in media in era of knowledge economy, and the competition of the human resources becomes the core of the competition. How to win the talent competition fight is a great new subject in front of media groups. Carry on the integration of the human resources; make media group's goal and staff's personal goal reach better integration; realize common development of groups and individuals. All of these become the inevitable choice of the media groups. The integration of human resources is a complicated project. Therefore this thesis demands that media groups must have certain theoretical direction and must adhere to tactics and principles must make it go on without any confusion according to certain procedure.This thesis introduction provides the research background of the full text and gives an introduction of innovational ideas and the problems that this text plans to solve.Chapter one summarizes the process of media industrialization and further studies human resources risk that media groups must face.Chapter two probes into the effective way of preventing from human resources risks. That is to carry on the integration of human resources. This part explains the general question of the integration of human resources at first. I make case analysis of integration of human resources especially to publish issue, journalism and broadcast group and summarize the experience of the integration of the human resources of media and existing problem on this basis.Chapter three puts forward the countermeasures of the integration of the human resources of media and mainly discusses principles and tactics that the media groups should be followed in the work of integration of the human resources and designs the concrete implementing scheme of the integration of the human resourcesChapter four discusses the assessment question of the efficiency of management of integration of the human resources.Chapter five gives the prospect of human resources management.
